Although there is no official documentation on him, James Thynne was a apparently a son born late in life to Thomas and Francis Finch Thynne, Lord and Lady Weymouth; since Francis was probably born between 1655 and 1657, she would be 45 around 1700, too old to have a five year old boy much beyond 1705.
